We really enjoyed our stay in this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, right in the very center of the city. We loved that we could easily walk to all the nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff was exceptional, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the beautiful view from our room. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

Not obvious to find.

The breakfast was quite good with a nice variety of options, including both sweet and savory choices. the room was well-sized and had a great view of the town, which was a real highlight for us. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping areas and key attractions.

We were disappointed that there were no outlets near the bed. while the room was quite clean, we missed having access to washcloths, which is not an uncommon need in our experience.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of town, with an ideal location in the old town center away from the Markt. The large rooms offer beautiful views of the town and are exceptionally clean, with plenty of outlets throughout the space. The breakfast is bountiful with lots of variety, tasty and fresh. the staff is super-friendly and the restaurant makes great Pirogies.

The elevator is not very usable as it can be noisy and quite slow at times.

The breakfast was exceptional with many food choices that varied each day. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The key location of the hotel was perfect for sight-seeing and dwelling in the old town. We also enjoyed the friendly staff.

The hotel lacked basic facilities such as toiletries and bathrobes. The towels were shabby and old, and there was no fridge or minibar in the room.
